How soon will you reply?
Within one business day. If you are travelling within the next 48 hours, call instead — we can confirm on the spot.
How do I pay?
Once your place is confirmed we send a payment link and accept all major cards. You can also pay in person on the day by card or cash.
Can I request a particular guide?
You can ask and we will try, though we cannot promise. If you have been out with someone before and want them again, mention it in the form.
How do private tours work?
Priced by group size, duration and content. Families, company groups and custom routes are all welcome — we normally come back with a proposal within two business days.
